•The CultureFarm Project in conformity to her Mission Statement and Eco-System ranging from Culture preservation, Farm Culture, Agric-education, etc.In its bid to preserve & promote Cultural monuments, Food-Culture has featured "Onunu Hangout Festival" in it's exhibition series. The Onunu Festival is a cultural pratice of old, which has been past down over the years from generation to generation and now turns an Annual Cultural habit in Odual Kingdom.

•Arugu Enaanoe is an Event planner, Writer, Educationist, Athlete, Activist and Agricultural Economist, who engages in "pro bono" (work voluntarily and without payment for public good) And many other services in partnership with NGOs, other Organizations and individuals to promote welfare and humanity in general.
•According to Arugu E., Onunu is a unique traditional delicacy that is prepared by people from the Odual kingdom in Rivers State of Nigeria.
It is prepared by the local pounding of cooked ripe and unripened plantains, Cocoyam and Sweet cassava, mixed with salt and red Oil.
It is eaten with a special yellow soup prepared with fish, meat, fresh lobsters and local spices.
To the Odual people, the food represents their heritage; a symbole of hospitality and unity.
The food is now widely eaten by the Niger Delta region of the country.
In Odual Kingdom, the annual celebration of the Onunu-Hangout is one major festival of which has turned an annual-habit, which as a symbol of the Odual cultural heritage is evidenced in the pictures below.

CultureFarm Campaign Project in her Exhibition Series in preserving the rich Cultural heritage of the Odual kingdom & perculiar Cultural-practices has made the Onunu hangout festival a peg & Project-hastag in her 2025 CultureFarm Series.
•Onunu is a native delicacy prepared by pounding of the following; Cassava, Ripe & Unripe plantain, Yam, Potatoes, etc. accompanied with plenty of oil; it's yellow fresh-fish-soup is a unique type of soup made just for this delicacy which makes it remarkable & irresistible to our visitors anytime they come around.
It is best served when it is hot & it gives the soul a refreshing and a somewhat relaxed -sleepy-mood anytime it is consumed.
